Securitas is seeking a Recruiter to manage full-cycle hiring for security and corporate roles across a mission-driven, safety-focused organization. In this role, you will partner closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, develop sourcing strategies, and build strong talent pipelines. Responsibilities include sourcing candidates through job boards, social media, and referrals; screening resumes; conducting interviews; coordinating background checks; and ensuring compliance with employment laws and company standards. You will maintain accurate data in our ATS, track recruiting metrics, and provide a professional, timely candidate experience while promoting Securitas’ culture and career growth opportunities.
