Welder and FabricatorWe are seeking a skilled welder and fabricator to join our team. You will play a crucial role in the fabrication of truck bodies, utilizing your expertise in welding and grinding to ensure high-quality results.ResponsibilitiesPerform welding and grinding of welds on truck bodies.Utilize MIG welding techniques to fabricate and assemble truck bodies.Read and interpret blueprints to guide fabrication processes.Essential SkillsProficiency in MIG welding and fabrication techniques.Ability to read and interpret blueprints accurately.Experience with grinding and welding processes.Additional Skills & QualificationsProficient in reading a tape measure.Comfortable learning and using an overhead lifting device.Ability to perform basic math functions.Why Work Here?Join a large operation with military contracts offering opportunities for advancement and internal movement. Full-time position on the 1st shift, Monday through Thursday, 5:45 am to 4:15 pm, with overtime as needed.Job Type & LocationThis is a contract to hire position based out of Lake Crystal, MN.Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $22.00 - $29.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
