A Shift Manager provides leadership to crew and other managers, ensuring quality, service, cleanliness, and meeting McDonald’s standards. Shift Managers perform tasks such as planning for each shift; monitoring performance; taking action to ensure team meets standards; monitoring safety, security, and profitability; communicating with the next Shift Manager; and helping departments meet goals. Key Duties Food Safety Internal Communication Inventory Management Daily Maintenance and Cleanliness Managing Crew Quality Food Production Exceptional Customer Service Safety and Security Scheduling Training Qualifications Previous leadership experience preferred, ideally within a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment. Positive team players with a flexible schedule. Must be 18 years or older. Able to work in a fast‑paced McDonald’s environment.
