Electronics Test and Assembly Technician-I (Afternoon Shift)

Position Summary Silvus Technologies is seeking an entry level Electronics Technician-I to support the production team of its StreamCaster MIMO radios. The role will work closely with operations management and engineering to ensure high quality and timely delivery, and provide feedback for continuous improvement. Schedule Full-time, Monday through Friday, 12:00 pm to 8:30 pm. Fully on-site. Location: West Los Angeles. Responsibilities Testing of sensitive electronic assemblies and printed circuit boards (PCBs). Final assembly and inspection of finished products. System testing and quality control testing in production. Statistics logging and reporting with daily feedback to the team. Perform other related duties as assigned. Required Qualifications High School Diploma or GED. Good manual dexterity and skill with tools (tweezers, screw/bolt drivers, torque wrenches). Competent PC user. Collaborative spirit, committed to team success. Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks. Excellent communication skills and teamwork. Enjoys hands‑on work; careful and detail oriented. Must be a U.S. Person (U.S. Citizen or U.S. Permanent Resident) due to federal contracts. All employment contingent upon successful clearance of background check and drug test. Preferred Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Experience in an electronics manufacturing and testing environment. Linux experience is a plus. Working Conditions & Physical Requirements Indoor air‑conditioned facility. Occasional exposure to heat and cold. Requires use of hands, vision, and moving items during operations. Compensation Hourly rate: $21.63 - $22.66. Salary range is not guaranteed and will vary with experience and qualifications.
