Recruitment Consultant - Early Career Recruiting (Contract)
We are seeking a Recruitment Consultant to support early career and internship recruiting efforts for a leading organization. This is a contract opportunity through the end of the year with a flexible hybrid or remote work arrangement. The ideal candidate will have 1-2+ years of recruiting experience, with a focus on early career, campus, internship, or business-focused recruiting (accounting, actuarial, marketing, finance, or related areas). This role is not focused on IT recruiting.

Location: Remote
Contract Length: 5 Months with possible extension
Pay Range: $30-$33/hr

Key Responsibilities:

Partner with the recruiting team to support internship hiring initiatives

Review resumes and identify qualified candidates

Conduct HR screening interviews

Coordinate with internship hiring committees on interviews and candidate selection

Support a high-volume recruiting process during peak campus hiring season

Required Qualifications:

Previous recruiting experience, preferably in early career or campus recruiting

Experience working with an ATS (any system experience considered)

Strong communication and candidate engagement skills

Ability to collaborate with multiple teams and stakeholders

Tools & Systems: HireVue, iCIMS, Oracle, Other ATS platforms are acceptable
