Digital Sales Consultant - Southeast

Johnson & Johnson seeks a Digital Sales Consultant for the Southeast region to drive adoption of spine-based digital technologies and robotic surgery platforms within the Orthopaedics division. The role combines field-based commercial execution, clinical education, and strategic partnership to expand market presence across assigned territory.

Responsibilities

• Lead prospecting, clinical demonstrations, and clinical advocacy campaigns in assigned Southeast region
• Manage site installations and initial case support in coordination with sales consultant teams
• Partner with Capital Equipment Managers to grow pipeline and achieve enabling technologies forecast goals
• Deliver hospital-based onboarding programs for surgical teams including surgeons and operating room staff
• Lead regional tissue labs, product demonstrations, and surgeon engagements at industry meetings and venues

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree OR Associate degree with 4+ years clinical/hospital experience OR 8+ years orthopedic spine sales
• Minimum 3 years spinal implant sales or equivalent orthopedic capital robotics selling experience
• Proven track record launching innovative medical devices and winning with new technology
• Strong clinical and technical acumen with understanding of human anatomy and physiology
• Data analysis skills with demonstrated problem-solving and strategic thinking capabilities
• Ability to travel up to 75% domestically with overnight stays; results-driven with urgency orientation
• Excellent interpersonal communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in complex environments
