Job Description

We are currently hiring Behavioral Health Tech to support our and residential behavioral health programs. BHTs play a critical role in delivering direct client/team support, meeting facilitation, compliance adherance and helping clients build the skills necessary for recovery and stability.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide direct support to clients in group and individual settings
Monitor and document client behaviors, progress, and interactions
Conduct safety checks and crisis de-escalation when needed
Maintain accurate documentation and timely reporting in EHR
Transport clients as needed to appointments or community services
Collaborate with clinical staff and participate in case reviews/team meetings

Qualifications:

Required:
- High School diploma or GED
- 3+ year of behavioral health or direct care experience
- Valid Arizona Driver’s License with clean MVR
- CPR/First Aid Certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card
Preferred:
- Associate or Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Social Work, or related field
- BHT certification or eligibility under Arizona AHCCCS guidelines
- Experience with SMI, substance abuse, or trauma-informed care
