Physical Therapist Assistant - Full Time

Role Physical Therapist Assistant supporting patient recovery and mobility in a hospital setting. Responsibilities Implementing individualized treatment plans, assisting with patient exercises, documenting progress, collaborating with care teams, participating in quality initiatives, and supporting discharge planning. Qualifications Graduation from an accredited PTA program, current state licensure or eligibility, with preferred experience in acute care or similar environments. Skills Clinical expertise in therapy interventions, teamwork, documentation, and communication skills. Additional Details Full-time position, day shifts with a rolling start, occasional weekends and holidays, no call obligations, and union membership.
