• Valid SLP-CCC certification required

• Excellent communication skills for working with students, educators, and families

Role responsibilities:

• Assess and identify students' speech and language needs through formal and informal evaluations
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and measurable goals
• Deliver direct therapy sessions, both individual and group, tailored to student needs
• Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and families to support educational goals
• Monitor, document, and communicate student progress while updating IEP goals and records
• Participate in IEP meetings, team consultations, and professional development as needed
• Maintain compliance with federal, state, and district guidelines
