We are currently looking for an AM Prep Cook to join our kitchen. We are looking for someone who is passionate about food, hardworking, punctual, eager to learn new things.
Key Responsibilities:
Wash, cut, chop, slice, peel, and portion ingredients
Prepare vegetables, proteins, sauces, and other daily prep items
Butcher and debone chicken and duck
Follow prep lists, food-safety, storage, and labeling procedures
Keep the prep area clean, organized, and sanitary
Assist with restocking, dishwashing, and other kitchen duties as needed
Requirements:
Strong knife skills and attention to detail
Reliable and punctual
Able to stand for extended periods, lift heavy items, and walk up and down stairs
Able to work efficiently and communicate well with the kitchen team
Willing to learn and support other team members when needed
Previous kitchen or prep experience is preferred.
Compensation is based on experience
