Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct in-depth assessments and screenings to accurately evaluate clients' mental health status, determining the appropriate treatment interventions necessary for their recovery.

• Craft individualized treatment plans tailored to each client’s unique circumstances and therapeutic goals, ensuring each plan is actionable and measurable.

• Offer both individual and group therapy sessions, employing evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• Collaborate seamlessly with our treatment team to develop comprehensive care strategies, facilitating referrals and resources as needed to support clients' diverse needs.

• Educate and engage with clients’ families to foster an understanding of mental health issues, thereby promoting an inclusive recovery process.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential client records in compliance with HIPAA guidelines and ethical standards, ensuring secure documentation of all therapeutic interactions.

Qualifications\n

• A current and valid license as either a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) , Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) , or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) .

• Completion of a Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.

• Demonstrated experience in mental health counseling with a focus on evidence-based practices.
