Multiple elementary and special education schools are looking for dedicated professionals for the 2026-2027 academic year. These full-time positions offer engaging environments—ranging from culturally integrated small schools to large, dynamic campuses—and allow for 3- or 5-day-per-week schedules.

Key Qualifications:

• Valid Illinois Professional Educator License (PEL) with School Psychologist endorsement
• Experience in elementary and/or special education settings is highly valued
• Proficiency with MTSS, behavioral observations, crisis response, and psychoeducational evaluations
• Strong collaborative and communication skills
• Bilingual Spanish fluency is a significant plus in some settings
• Availability to work on-site (not a hybrid or remote position)

Responsibilities May Include:

• Conducting comprehensive student evaluations and assessments
• Supporting Multi-Tiered Systems of Support (MTSS)
• Providing direct counseling to student caseloads (varies by setting)
• Attending and contributing to problem-solving teams
• Responding to crisis calls and assisting with behavioral interventions
• Collaborating with educators, families, and administrators
• Observing students and classrooms to inform interventions and supports
