Certified Pharmacy Technician

As a Contract Clinical Services Support Technician, the full-time remote position will maintain clinical drug lists and prior authorization documents, resolve drug list and benefit setup questions, and prepare reports and client business review materials to ensure accurate benefit information. Key responsibilities Synchronize Medispan drug lists and update prior authorization coverage criteria documents Investigate claim rejections and prepare client-facing clinical materials, including disruption analyses Coordinate with pharmacists and operational teams to meet deadlines and identify opportunities for process improvements Required qualifications High school diploma or equivalent with active Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) certification 3 years of pharmacy technician experience and 2 years in a pharmacy benefit manager supporting clinical services Demonstrated experience with mail order and specialty pharmacy operations, formularies, and drug lists Strong Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills for data comparison and report preparation Motivation to learn and adapt to technology, automation, and AI-enabled tools
