Route Service Representative (4-Day Workweek)

Job Overview Cintas is seeking a Route Service Representative to manage and grow customer accounts in the Rental Division. Partners drive a truck along an established route and serve and sell within an existing customer base. The position is physical, fast‑paced, indoor/outdoor, delivering and picking up uniforms, shop towels, chemical cleaning products, and other facility service products. Key Responsibilities Serve as the face of Cintas to customers and build rapport with key decision makers. Ensure quality standards and proactively solve customer concerns. Grow the existing customer base by upselling and cross‑selling additional products and services. Negotiate service agreement renewals and manage inventory while maintaining a safe and professional work environment. Comply with driving and vehicle regulations. Skills / Qualifications Active driver’s license, at least 21 years old, DOT medical certification, and documentation of previous employment. Ability to meet the physical requirements of the position. High School diploma, GED, or equivalent military service. Strong customer service orientation, self‑motivation, teamwork, positive attitude, ambition, organization, and service spirit.
