About us

Senior psychcare provides collaborative behavioral health services to residents in long-term care facilities and state veteran homes. Our multidisciplinary teams include board-certified psychiatrists, psychiatric nurse practitioners, physician assistants, licensed psychologists, and licensed clinical social workers/licensed professional counselors/licensed marriage and family therapists. We focus on continuity of carenot triageensuring our patients receive comprehensive, and compassionate services to achieve their best quality of life.

What you'll do

• Conduct cognitive and emotional assessments to set/manage treatment plans
• Manage psychotropic medication and gradual dose reductions
• Collaborate with nursing home staff and SPC's behavioral health team
• Participate in treatment team meetings (in-person and virtual)
• Deliver care both in-person and via telehealth when appropriate
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation in our EHR system

Qualifications

• Licensed NP or PA in the state of Oklahoma
• Psychiatric/mental health experience required
• Experience with geriatric populations strongly preferred
• Spanish bilingual is a plus
• Must have a valid driver's license and be comfortable traveling locally
• Adaptive, flexible, and committed to team-based care
