If you take pride in your work, enjoy helping others, and want to be part of a supportive healthcare team, we’d love to meet you!What You’ll DoMaintain cleanliness in common areas such as lobbies, restrooms, and hallwaysClean and sanitize resident rooms and bathroomsSweep, mop, and keep floors spotless throughout the facilityWipe down surfaces including handrails, walls, mirrors, and fixturesEmpty trash and manage waste disposalSafely operate cleaning equipment and handle suppliesFollow all safety protocols and infection control proceduresKeep carts and storage areas organized and sanitaryReport safety concerns promptlyProvide friendly, positive customer service to residents and staff What We’re Looking ForHigh school diploma or equivalent (preferred)Housekeeping experience (healthcare or long-term care is a plus!)Strong attention to detail and cleanlinessAbility to follow instructions and safety guidelinesGood communication and teamwork skillsBasic math and problem-solving abilitiesPhysical RequirementsFrequent standing, walking, bending, and reachingAbility to lift up to 25 lbsRepetitive tasks like sweeping, mopping, and wipingComfortable working in a fast-paced environmentWork EnvironmentClean, professional healthcare settingLow to moderate noise levelsSupportive team atmosphereWhy Join Us?You’ll be part of a team that truly cares—about residents, about quality, and about each other.
