Community Life Program Coordinator - Join Our Big-Hearted Team Location: 14515 W Granite Valley Dr, Sun City West, AZ 85375, USA Salary: $22.00 – $24.29 per hour (Hourly, Full Time) Website: Your Mission The Community Life Program Coordinator provides cross-functional administrative and program support across three enterprise-wide departments: Community Life and Connection (including Spiritual Life), Healthy Aging and Functional Ability, and Resident Resources. This role coordinates programs that reach residents across Sun Health senior living communities and the Sun Health at Home program. Key Responsibilities Coordinate logistics for programs and events across departments: scheduling, room reservations, catering, calendars, newsletters. Manage calendars and scheduling for department leaders and support multi‑site event planning. Communicate with staff, residents, and external partners about programming. Provide general administrative support: document preparation, data entry, filing, tracking deadlines. Assist procurement and vendor coordination for program supplies and services. Coordinate logistics and scheduling for Spiritual Life programming and program partnerships. Support coordination of partner programs such as ASU OLLi, Dementia Capable Care. Collaborate with outside vendors and agencies to support programming. Organize community‑based events that engage residents across sites. Assist in developing program materials, presentations, and communications. Maintain positive relationships with residents, staff, partners, and external agencies. Serve as a point of contact for scheduling, programming, and communication inquiries. Skills and Knowledge Strong organization and multitasking skills. Excellent written and verbal communication. Strong interpersonal skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and digital tools. Experience with Canva or willingness to learn. Ability to work independently and as part of a cross‑functional team across sites. Alignment with the organization’s mission, values, and commitment to holistic wellness. Your Qualifications Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent experience considered. At least one year of experience in administrative coordination, program support. Experience with senior populations preferred. Must possess or obtain a Level 1 Fingerprint Clearance Card.
