Neurofeedback Tech - Willow House - Wickenburg

Job Location: MBH Willow House Program, Wickenburg, AZ 85390 Position Type: Full Time Education Level: High School Diploma Essential Duties Establish rapport and directly interact with patients and support patients in engagement with and connection to feedback received via NFB interface. Document initial notes, including patients baseline profile, selected protocol, reason, documentation for ongoing training sessions, and written tracking of patients progress. Work with patients struggling with mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, OCD, sleep issues, substance and process addictions, PTSD, eating disorders. Work with patient schedules to provide scheduling and appointment slips for patients to maximize number of sessions per stay. Maintain/monitor brain center equipment to ensure proper functioning. Administer brain center/spa equipment sessions consisting of Biofeedback and Alpha Entrainment. Provide daily communication to treatment team via email and Tier notices on status of patients progress. Communicate with the team in order to create an integrative model of brain health and nervous system regulation. Converse in English with others to give, take and process information; extensive use of telephone. Maintain confidentiality of information, multi-task, coordinate projects, and record/transcribe general and specific meeting minutes. Work independently and collaboratively. Communicate with other staff to relay concerns and observations involving patient safety. Qualifications H.S. Diploma or GED required; B.A. preferred. CPI, CPR/FA certification in Neuro feedback desired. Previous experience in behavioral health desired. Drug-Free Policy and EEO Statement We are a Drug-Free Company.
