As a CNA, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care and support to our residents, working in collaboration with our professional staff to ensure their physical, emotional, and social well-being.

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct care to residents, including assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs), such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Monitor and report any changes in residents' conditions or behaviors to the nursing staff
• Assist with mealtime, including feeding and lifting, as needed
• Encourage socialization and engagement among residents, facilitating recreational and therapeutic activities
• Maintain a clean and safe environment, adhering to infection control and safety protocols
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans
