Job Description Lead technical support to manufacturing plant to assure product quality and performance Responsible for transferring new products/technologies to production Adapt existing DFMEA and set up for new modified products Evaluate new technologies, raw materials, and processes Manage product maintenance process independently Initiate technical presentation from raw material suppliers Leads TS 16949 Audit for the R&D team Perform special projects and other assignments as directed by manager Qualifications Minimum of 5 years of R&D experience in product formulation, ideally involving polymer compositions for automotive or industrial applications Proven track record of successfully leading development projects from ideation through market introduction Demonstrated ability to lead cross‑functional project teams (e.g., EHS, Operations, Sales/Marketing) to oversee progress and ensure successful outcomes Highly motivated, self‑driven individual who takes responsibility and ownership for assigned tasks and projects Curiosity and courage to challenge the status quo and push technical boundaries in support of Sika’s innovation culture Excellent communication skills and an open mindset that fosters a respectful, collaborative, and enjoyable work environment Benefits 401K with generous company match Bonuses Medical, Dental, and Vision Benefits Paid Parental Leave Life Insurance Disability Insurance Paid Time Off, Paid Holidays Floating Holidays + Paid Volunteer Time Wellness/Fitness Reimbursements Education Assistance Professional Development Opportunities Employee Referral Program & More!
