The Warehouse Manager II oversees warehouse and facility operations, focusing on team development, inventory management, and compliance. The role collaborates with cross‑functional partners to maintain inventory levels, meet On‑Time‑In‑Full (OTIF) goals, and manage the department P&L while driving continuous improvement. Responsibilities Drive organizational engagement to align departments for efficient building and delivery operations that meet sales demands. Maintain accurate product levels for a wide range of categories to keep in‑stock levels aligned with sales forecast. Ensure regular repair and maintenance of facility and equipment, validating that assets are safe and operational. Conduct regular performance reviews with the warehouse team to promote engagement and professional growth. Seek innovative ideas to improve warehouse processes and procedures to stay ahead of current trends and market demands. Maintain an efficient schedule to enable accurate building operations and meet sales demands. Apply strong knowledge of warehouse policies and procedures to ensure compliance with company and government guidelines. Perform other duties as assigned. Requirements High School Diploma (or GED) required. Bachelor’s Degree preferred. 4–6 years of experience in a warehouse environment required. 4–6 years of experience supervising warehouse front‑line associates required. 2–4 years of inventory management experience required. Knowledge of shipping, receiving, and inventory practices and procedures. Understanding of safety procedures and OSHA requirements. Knowledge of regulatory requirements for facilities. Proven ability to collaborate with systems, customers, and other stakeholders. Active role in planning warehouse budgets and procedures. Availability to respond to issues when needed (e.g., weekends and nights). Proficiency in CONA SAP, PowerPoint, Blue Yonder, BluJay, Microsoft Outlook, Excel, DOMO, MS Teams, FourKites. Compensation & Benefits Base pay range is $83,272 to $109,295 plus bonus structure (dependent on role). Pay is adjusted based on geographic location, prior relevant experience, and knowledge, skills, and abilities.
