Varied day-to-day experiences; no two days are the same. What you get to do: Provide daily supervision and oversight of all employees at assigned programs. Monitor, coordinate, and ensure all services to the individual aredelivered Program supervisors are expected to ensure all direct service shifts in their program(s) are filled Provide training for employees Conduct monthly staff meetings Providehands-onassistance, encouragement, mentoring, and guidance. Ensure the comfort, safety, and personal growth of the individuals we serve. Assistwith daily living tasks such as moving around, getting in and out of bed, dressing, bathing,toileting,personalhygieneand more. Qualifications What makes youa greatfit: Minimum 18 years of age. High school diploma/GED equivalentrequired. A two-year degree in related social services and/or two years of experience working in the field of developmental disabilities with supervisory experience preferred.
