Multilayer HTCC Screen Printer - Precision Laminations

EPI in Newburyport, MA is seeking a Greenfab Screen Printer II to operate screen printing equipment and print conductive patterns and vias onto ceramic green tape, then laminate sub-layers to build multilayer HTCC assemblies. You will ensure registration and print accuracy, monitor process parameters, prepare pastes, maintain traceability, and accurately record data while working with a team in a clean manufacturing environment.
