Avionics Technician / Aircraft Electrician Aircraft Electrician job at Aerotek. Huntsville, AL. Job Description We are currently seeking skilled Avionics Technicians or Aircraft Electricians to join our team, performing modifications, troubleshooting, and repairs on UH-60 aircraft supporting the PIF program. While the primary focus will be on UH-60s, there may also be opportunities to support other platforms such as AH-64, LUH-72, V-22, and CH-47. Perform modifications and installations on UH-60 aircraft and potentially other aircraft platforms. Troubleshoot and repair avionics systems on various aircraft. Collaborate with team members to ensure successful completion of projects. Adhere to safety and quality standards throughout all processes. Essential Skills & Qualifications 5-10 years of experience as an avionics technician or aircraft electrician. Experience with modifications, installations, and troubleshooting of avionics systems. Familiarity with UH-60 aircraft is preferred but not required. Ability to obtain a Secret Clearance. Rotary wing experience is preferred, though fixed wing experience is considered. Experience from Avionics in the Air Force is beneficial. Pay Per Diem for those that qualify: $18/16 - $20/16. Pay range for this position is $34.00 - $36.00/hr.
