Salary $130,000 – $170,000 + Benefits + Bonus + Paid Relocation to Texas

We’re looking for an experienced Plant Manager to lead a non-union food manufacturing facility . This is a high-visibility leadership role for someone who thrives on building strong teams, improving operations, reducing waste, and delivering results.

What You’ll Do as the Plant Manager:

• Lead day-to-day plant operations and production
• Develop, coach, and motivate plant teams
• Drive productivity, efficiency, and continuous improvement
• Proactively reduce waste and improve operational performance
• Maintain strong FDA food safety and regulatory compliance
• Lead through seasonal production demands in a 24/7 operation.

What We’re Looking for in the Plant Manager:

• At least 5 years of food/beverage production industry experience
• At least 5 years of supervisory/leadership experience
• Strong FDA food handling and safety knowledge
• Proven success improving operations and reducing waste
• Hands-on, proactive leadership style.
