Key Responsibilities\n- \n
- Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to accurately identify the mental health needs and challenges facing clients. \n

- Engage in ongoing dialogue with clients to collaboratively establish therapeutic goals and provide encouragement and guidance throughout their treatment journey. \n
- Maintain comprehensive and precise documentation of all therapy sessions, client interactions, and progress to ensure continuity of care. \n
- Participate in team meetings and professional development activities to share strategies, discuss challenging cases, and enhance your therapeutic skills. \n
The clients you will serve come from varied backgrounds, presenting a wide range of mental health concerns including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Qualifications\n- \n
- Current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD). \n
- Possession of a Master’s degree or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is essential. \n
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively build rapport with clients in a virtual setting. \n
- Empathy and a genuine understanding of the complex challenges clients face in their mental health journey. \n
- Proficient organizational, time-management, and documentation skills to handle remote therapy sessions efficiently. \n

- A minimum of two years of post-graduate clinical experience, particularly in a telehealth environment. \n
- Experience working with diverse populations and a range of mental health issues is advantageous. \n
- Familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and others. \n

- Annual salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 104,000, dependent on caseload and experience. \n
