We are seeking a Board-Certified Geriatric Medicine Physician to join a growing outpatient primary care clinic serving an underserved senior population in Jackson, Mississippi. This role offers an opportunity to practice medicine in a value-based care environment with a focus on prevention, quality, and meaningful patient relationships.

Position Summary

• Full-time, permanent Geriatric Medicine Physician position
• 100% outpatient primary care
• MondayFriday schedule
• No nights, no weekends, no hospital call
• Manage a small patient panel for continuity and improved outcomes
• Average 1215 patients per day
• Dedicated Medical Assistant and Medical Scribe for support

• Above-market guaranteed base salary (no RVU pressure)
