Substitute Bus Driver

Commercial Driver Position

Valid Class A or B California Commercial Driver License with both "P" and "S" endorsements; Valid California Special Driver Certificate for School Bus; Valid Medical Examiner's Certificate, CPR and First Aid Certificate; Must provide current copies of your DMV print-out and your T-01 & T-02 Training Certificates; Must submit to pre-employment drug/alcohol screening and participate in a random drug/alcohol testing pool. Must maintain insurability. Must be able to provide your own reliable transportation to work sites within Kings County.

Additional requirements: 1. Be fingerprinted at the Kings County Office of Education for a background clearance from the Department of Justice and the FBI, the $63.00 fee is paid by the applicant in cash, money order or cashier's check at the time you are fingerprinted. (The payment and a valid photo ID are required to be fingerprinted). 2. Complete an online New Hire Orientation. 3. Provide a current TB clearance.
