Reports To: Project Management Office Manager
Compensation: $95,000–$115,000 annually, based on experience.
POSITION SUMMARY:
Mygrant Glass is an industry-leading wholesale automotive glass company with nearly ninety branches across the United States. It is an exciting time for Mygrant Glass as we continue to grow our workforce, expanding operations, supply chain, marketing, software development, and sales teams. We are looking for a dedicated, data-driven and team-oriented Project Manager/Business Analyst (PM/BA) to join our Project Management Office.
The Project Manager/Business Analyst in this role is an important project enablement specialist. The PM/BA guides IT and Enterprise projects from conception to delivery, acting as a collaboration liaison between the PMO, business leadership, and stakeholders.
The successful candidate is a champion for collaborative transformation and change, detail-driven and dynamic, with experience working in an operations and/or manufacturing -focused environment. The right candidate will be expert in facilitating conversations to gather and document business workflows, defining project scopes, deliverables, and timelines, and maintaining multiple active projects, while ensuring that the needs of the business and business stakeholders are met.Why Join Mygrant Glass?

Where a pay band is provided, actual pay may be above the listed range based on the individual's experience, education, certifications, knowledge, skills, and geography/work location. The listed range reflects what we reasonably expect to pay for this opportunity at the time of posting.
