Integration and Test Engineer - Radar Systems

Overview We are building the most advanced radar systems for surface, air, and undersea combat solutions, leveraging our Integrated Warfare System and Solutions team. Responsibilities This role is for an experienced Radar System Integration and Test Engineer who will lead and contribute to all phases of integration, test, checkout, and formal acceptance testing for Ground Based and Multi-Mission Air Defense Radar programs. Responsibilities include: Developing and documenting integration and test plans and procedures. Integrating system hardware and software components. Evaluating test results, investigating discrepancies, and providing technical assessment of anomalies. Driving issues to resolution and performing requirements verification and validation. Supporting the system during formal acceptance testing, including troubleshooting and live target data analysis. Basic Qualifications 2+ years of professional engineering/technical experience. Experience with test document development and updates. Proficiency in data analysis. Ability to obtain a Department of War Security clearance to at least Secret level. Desired Skills Hands‑on radar system experience. MATLAB knowledge. Radar system design expertise. Familiarity with C++, Linux, and digital hardware. Experience with test automation and Agile development. Model‑Based Systems Engineering skills. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work in geographically diverse teams. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Customer interface experience. Proven ability to work in a multidisciplinary environment. Willingness to work at multiple site locations in Syracuse/Central New York areas. Security Clearance Requires a U.S. government security clearance; candidate must be a U.S. citizen and must be able to obtain a clearance to at least Secret level.
