Licensed Therapist

To support a growing virtual mental health practice, the full-time Licensed Remote Therapist - NM will provide outpatient therapy for lower to moderate acuity populations, managing a consistent caseload in a fully remote environment with minimal administrative burden. Key responsibilities Deliver 100% remote outpatient therapy sessions, including 60-minute intakes and follow-ups Manage a consistent outpatient caseload with defined goals and minimal crisis-call responsibilities Make independent treatment decisions while collaborating with an in-house referral network and operational support Required qualifications Independently licensed therapist (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, LMHC or equivalent) with an active, unrestricted license Two or more independent and active state licenses (excluding CA, NY, and MA) Experience in outpatient, community mental health, or other structured clinical settings is highly desired Strong clinical judgment and comfort practicing in a fast-paced outpatient environment Experience with structured, skills-based modalities (e.g., CBT, ACT, MI, DBT-informed care) is a plus
