Minimum Qualifications:

• Current Toyota Expert or Master Certification.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 3 years of professional automotive repair experience, with Toyota vehicles.
• Strong understanding of automotive electrical and mechanical systems.
• Experience using Toyota Techstream/GTS+

Preferred Qualifications:

• ASE (Automotive Service Excellence) certifications.
• Experience working in a dealership environment.
• Advanced training in hybrid and electric vehicle systems.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to mentor junior technicians and lead technical training sessions.

Responsibilities:

• Perform comprehensive diagnostics and repairs on Toyota vehicles using advanced tools and manufacturer-approved techniques.
• Conduct routine maintenance services such as oil changes, brake inspections and tire rotations in accordance with Toyota standards.
• Interpret technical service bulletins, wiring diagrams, and repair manuals to accurately address vehicle issues.
• Collaborate with service advisors and other technicians to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of repairs.
• Maintain detailed service records and communicate clearly with customers regarding vehicle condition and recommended services.
• Stay updated on Toyota's latest vehicle technologies, repair procedures, and certification requirements through ongoing training.
