Shifts: 5 days a week 0645-1515, with call requirements, weekends, and extensions as needed. No holidays.

Key Responsibilities of the Registered Nurse - Operating Room

• Conduct comprehensive physical and psychosocial assessments of patients.
• Formulate and communicate collaborative plans of care based on assessment data.
• Implement and evaluate plans of care, modifying as necessary based on patient status.
• Document patient care and education plans according to established standards.
• Lead department initiatives and provide in-service education as needed.
• Deliver age-appropriate care addressing the specific needs of the patient population served.
• Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and professional standards for a superior service experience.

Requirements of the Registered Nurse - Operating Room

• Current RN licensure by the Ohio State Board of Nursing.
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required.
• At least 3 years of RN OR experience.
• Travel experience required.
• BLS and ACLS certifications.
• Completion of ~70 Net Learning modules and pass ECG/Medication exam within one week of assignment acceptance.
