We're looking for an experienced LPN/LVN to support an elementary student caseload on a full-time, onsite contract basis from now until June 10, 2027. Serving a vibrant urban community, you’ll utilize your nursing skills and school-based knowledge to make a meaningful impact in students’ lives. This is an immediate, rewarding opportunity for someone who is adaptable and values reliable attendance.
Key Qualifications:
- Current, active LPN license in Pennsylvania required
- School-based nursing experience essential
- Proven experience working with elementary-aged children
- Comfortable working in urban educational settings
- Reliable transportation for commuting to the site
- Flexible attitude and ability to adapt to changing needs or assignments
- Excellent attendance history
- Able to complete/obtain PA state clearances
- Willingness to disclose anticipated costs upfront
- Must provide the district name before any candidate submission
Role Responsibilities:
- Deliver onsite healthcare services to elementary students as needed
- Remain responsive to changing daily demands; flexibility is essential
- Maintain accurate health records and communicate student needs clearly to staff and families
- Collaborate with educators and administrators to support student health plans
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and school policies
- Communicate effectively with students, staff, and families regarding health issues
- Attend meetings, trainings, or professional development as scheduled
This position requires reliable, compassionate professionals ready to support students in an urban setting. Experience in school environments and with elementary-aged populations is crucial. Interviews will be conducted via Zoom for convenience.
