2. A pipeline built to keep leads flowing so you're never starting from zero
3. Follow Up Boss CRM + Dotloop + proven speed-to-lead systems designed to help you respond faster, follow up properly, and convert more
4. Coaching and accountability from three founding leaders who've collectively built nine-figure annual real estate organizations

What You'll Do:

1. Work with buyer and seller clients from first contact to closing
2. Respond quickly to inbound leads and set appointments
3. Manage follow-up using Follow Up Boss CRM and our proven systems
4. Participate in coaching, accountability calls, and Level Up Academy training
5. Build relationships that turn into repeat and referral business

Requirements:

1. Active Florida real estate license (or in progress)

Compensation Location:

1. Commission-based with the opportunity to earn $100,000+ per year
2. East Coast Florida — Monroe, Miami-Dade, Broward, Palm Beach, Port St. Lucie, Indian River County

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $48,226.91 - $196,492.21 per year

Benefits: Flexible schedule

Schedule: Monday to Friday Self-determined schedule Weekend availability
