Located in Colorado Springs, CO Pay: $23.00-$26.00 ph, DOE Job Full Description Express Employment Professionals is seeking a skilled Apartment Maintenance Supervisor to join an over 55+ community. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing and executing service tickets, managing the physical assets, overseeing and creating a positive resident experience and working closely with property leaders and department heads. RESPONSIBILITIES- Timely completion of service requests and make-ready apartments
- routine property inspections
- Keep maintenance shop organized and clean
- Review open and completed service requests
- Inspect landscaping/manage landscape contractor
- Maintain heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems
- Handle high and low voltage electrical systems
- 2-4 years of proven experience as an Apartment Maintenance Supervisor
- Strong understanding of HVAC, electrical, and mechanical systems
- YARDI software experience
- Proficiency in English for effective communication
- Certified Apartment Maintenance Technician (CAMT) preferred
- 40 hours or more
- Extended hours
- Holidays
- Monday to Friday
- On call
- Overtime
- Weekends as needed
- Apartment or multi unit maintenance: 3-5 years (Preferred)
- Driver's License (Required)
- Must be able to pass a Drug Test and participate in Back Ground Check.
