Director of Nursing
Job Summary

Responsibilities
Oversee daily operations of the nursing department, ensuring high-quality patient care and services
Lead and manage a team of nursing staff, fostering a positive and supportive work environment
Develop and implement policies, procedures, and standards for nursing practice, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
Collaborate with facility leadership and other departments to ensure seamless patient care and service delivery
Identify and address quality and patient safety concerns, implementing corrective actions as needed
