What You’ll Do
- Lead and Grow – Oversee all aspects of the business, ensuring operational efficiency, profitability, and top-tier customer satisfaction
- Drive Performance – Set and exceed revenue, profitability, and customer service goals
- Develop Talent – Recruit, mentor, and retain high-performing teams across sales, service, and operations

- Financial Oversight – Manage budgets, P&L statements, and key performance metrics
- Operational Excellence – Implement best practices and continuous improvement initiatives to optimize productivity
What We’re Looking For
- Proven Leadership – Minimum of 5 years in a General Manager, Regional Manager, or similar leadership role
- Strong Business Acumen – Experience managing a P&L, driving sales growth, and optimizing operations
- People-First Mentality – Ability to build and lead high-performing teams in a fast-paced environment
