IT Business Analyst

Introduction

We are seeking a dedicated professional to support our critical copilot training initiatives. This role focuses on educating technologists on tools used in SDLC processes, creating user-friendly documentation, and supporting collaboration channels. Required Skills & Qualifications

• 5 years' experience in software development with a firm understanding of SDLC (software development lifecycle).
• Technical experience with Copilot in Visual Studio, Visual Studio Code, and Eclipse (.Net, Java, Python).
• Proficient at creating and organizing content using Confluence and Sharepoint.
• Experience in developing documentation, knowledge articles, and creating instructions, guidelines, and "canned" customer responses.
• Strong written and communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to present to small groups.
• Works effectively independently with the ability to lead and influence with and without direct authority.
• Strong time management skills to deliver high-quality work for multiple projects while meeting deadlines.
• Strong learning capability and enjoys learning new tools and technologies.
• Prior work experience at client or in the client's industry.

Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

• Experience with work management tools such as Atlassian Jira.
• Technical experience in using Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment [CI/CD] tools (e.g., Bitbucket, Jenkins, SonarQube, Artifactory, XLR, Tower).
• Technical experience with writing SQL queries and working with BI tools to support ad hoc analysis and improvements.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Educate technologists on the tools they use in SDLC processes according to standards.
• Work with subject-matter experts to create user-friendly documentation and guidance.
• Support collaboration channels for technologists and help them solve day-to-day tasks.
