Registered Nurse - Operating Room

Role Provides direct perioperative patient care in the Operating Room, PACU, or related levels, utilizing evidence-based practices and a multidisciplinary team approach. Responsibilities Prioritizes safety and quality, models proficiency through precepting, and supports specialty education and competency validation. Contributes to secure patient safety and positive outcomes in a fast-paced clinical environment. Qualifications Graduate of an accredited nursing program, RN licensure, BLS certification, and 6 months of OR nursing experience or completion of a fellowship. Preferred: BSN, CNOR, and additional certifications such as AORN or ABPANC. Skills Strong clinical judgment, teamwork, adaptability, and commitment to evidence-based practice. Ability to educate and mentor new healthcare professionals.
