Global Account Manager

Overview: As a Global Account Manager, you will be at the forefront of building strong relationships with key clients, including emerging brands. You'll manage existing accounts, develop new business opportunities, and help shape demand forecasting and system analysis. Reporting directly to the manager, you'll work remotely in LA with travel to client sites, fostering face-to-face engagement that's core to our client's values. Key Responsibilities Cultivate and deepen relationships with existing accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and growth. Hunt for new business opportunities with prospective clients, focusing on textile, apparel, and emerging brands. Collaborate with internal teams to improve demand forecasting and system analysis, supporting multi-year planning. Utilize CRM tools like Hubspot to streamline client management and sales processes. Represent the company at industry events, traveling domestically up to 35%!,(MISSING) with occasional international group trips. Maintain a high-energy, process-oriented approach to meet sales targets in a fast-paced environment. Work closely with technical teams and provide support on textile products like sewing and embroidery threads. Must-Have Qualifications Minimum of 7 years' experience in sales, preferably in manufacturing or related industry. Proven success in managing large accounts and developing new client relationships. Strong communication skills and energy to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Willingness and ability to travel domestically 30-35%!o(MISSING)f the time. Knowledge of demand forecasting and basic system analysis. Experience with CRM software; familiarity with Hubspot is a plus. Nice-to-Have Qualifications Industry experience in textiles, apparel, or general manufacturing. Experience working with brands like Gap, Levi, or Alo.
