Founded 20+ years ago, our firm has a team of experts in talent recruitment, project management, and workforce solutions. Our focus has always been and will continue to be building custom solutions for our clients unique talent needs. We are seeking one talented Technical Recruiter to work out of our Costa Mesa office. The person we are looking for is a self-motivated individual who thrives in a team environment and is looking to grow.

What You'll Do:
We are looking for an experienced Technical Recruiter to help grow/strengthen our client relationships. The successful candidate will be responsible for the Full Life Cycle of the recruiting process for our clients. This role requires a combination of relationship-building skills and a deep understanding of recruitment processes. Our ideal candidate is a self-starter with a proven track record in recruiting in the I.T. industry.
Job Duties:
- Identify prospective candidates - via job board search tools
- Interview prospective candidates
- Post jobs on job boards
- Prep candidates for interviews with client companies
- Contact candidates post-interview
- Extend job offers
- Reach out to candidates who are on assignment, continue to build the relationship
- Cold calling to identify prospective candidates.
You should know some of the following:
- 2+ years experience as a Technical Recruiter for a staffing agency
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding recruiting targets and KPIs
- Strong understanding of the recruitment industry and hiring processes
- Experience utilizing an ATS, CRM, LinkedIn
