Direct Support Professional - IDD Services Location: Belle Vernon, PA 15012 Shift: Full-Time Day/Evening (7am-3pm Wed-Fri, 3pm-11pm Sat/Sun) Pay Rate: $19.00/hour (On-Demand Pay available) A valid driver's license with at least 1 year of driving experience is required. Support participants with developmental goals like budgeting, exercise, and nutrition. You’ll assist people with their personal hygiene and support individuals who may have behavioral challenges and other complex needs. Experience: Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination preferred. Skills: Communication, adaptability, multi‑tasking, teamwork, time‑management. Behaviors: Patient, compassionate, reliable, responsible. Vehicle: Valid driver’s license and access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance.
