What You’ll Do Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy in the care recipient’s home or community setting under the supervision of a BCBA. Implement individualized treatment plans (BIPs) with fidelity, empathy, and consistency. Support care recipients in building communication, social, and functional living skills. Collect and record accurate session data using an electronic system (e.g., CentralReach or Rethink). Communicate regularly with your supervising BCBA about progress, barriers, and insights. Participate in caregiver training sessions to reinforce skills at home. Maintain confidentiality and uphold iCare Therapy’s high ethical standards. What You’ll Bring Active RBT certification through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB). High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in psychology, education, or related field preferred. Experience providing ABA services or working with children, especially those with autism or developmental differences. Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license. Comfort working in home-based environments and partnering with caregivers. Excellent communication, observation, and time management skills. Positive energy, professionalism, and a heart for helping families thrive.
