Technical Recruiter (Remote) | Green Key Resources About the Opportunity Green Key Resources is expanding its Technology division and is seeking a driven, detail-oriented Technical Recruiter to join our growing team. This is a fully remote position , but we're specifically looking for candidates who are local to Ponte Vedra Beach, Jacksonville, or the surrounding Northeast Florida area . While day-to-day responsibilities can be performed remotely, we'd like the ability to meet periodically for team collaboration, training, and strategy sessions. What You'll Do Run a 180 delivery desk supporting active technology searches Source, screen, and qualify candidates across IT, cybersecurity, cloud, infrastructure, engineering, and software development roles Manage the candidate lifecycle from sourcing through offer stage Build and maintain pipelines for recurring technical skill sets Partner closely with account managers to support client hiring initiatives Maintain accurate ATS documentation and recruiting activity Deliver a high-touch candidate experience through consistent communication and follow-up Participate in occasional local team meetups and collaboration sessions What We're Looking For 1-3 years of agency recruiting experience required Experience recruiting for technical or IT-related positions Strong sourcing, screening, and candidate management skills Ability to manage multiple searches and prioritize effectively Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Curiosity, grit, and a desire to learn and grow within the recruiting industry Must be located in or near Ponte Vedra Beach, Jacksonville, or the surrounding area Nice to Have Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Dice, or other sourcing tools Familiarity with MSP/VMS environments Experience supporting high-volume or fast-paced recruiting efforts Interest in eventually growing into a full-desk or business development role Why Join Green Key?
