Required Skills: Bachelor’s Degree in Structural Engineering or related from an ABET‑accredited program, with 3+ years of experience; or successful FE exam completion with 3+ years’ experience; or Master’s Degree with 2+ years’ experience Proficiency in structural analysis and modeling software such as RISA‑3D, ETABS, SAFE, and BIM tools like Revit and Tekla Strong knowledge of design codes, specifications, and engineering techniques Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong problem‑solving, attention to detail, and organizational abilities Ability to work methodically, analyze complex data, and collaborate effectively with teams Nice to Have Skills: Engineers in Training (EIT) certification Experience with PLS‑Tower modeling, FEM structure modeling, and reinforcement design Knowledge of retrofit or new construction projects for transmission towers Familiarity with project management and proposal development processes Preferred Education and Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Structural Engineering or related field from an ABET‑accredited institution 2‑3 years of relevant structural engineering experience, particularly in transmission towers or similar structures Existing EIT certification is advantageous Other Requirements: Willingness to travel up to 10% for project site visits and meetings Ability to obtain and maintain necessary certifications and work authorization Ready to make an impact in a challenging and rewarding environment?
