Role Overview 

We are seeking a Senior Project Manager and Delivery Lead to take full accountability for programme governance, milestone delivery and stakeholder management across an eight-month ServiceNow transformation programme. The role is responsible for financial control, risk management, RAID governance and executive reporting, operating within a structured governance framework with Steering Committee oversight. 

Key Responsibilities 

• Accountable for end-to-end programme governance, milestone management, financial control and risk management 

• Lead weekly Programme Control Board meetings and manage all RAID items 

• Manage the integrated delivery plan across parallel workstreams including ITSM, CMDB, ITAM, HRSD and SecOps 

• Drive stakeholder reporting and executive communication at Steering Committee level 

• Oversee scope change governance and ensure formal change control processes are followed 

• Coordinate multi-vendor and multi-disciplinary delivery teams including onshore and offshore resources 

• Manage transition planning including cutover strategy, hypercare and managed support handover 

• Ensure delivery adheres to agreed quality standards, testing gates and go-live readiness criteria 

• Act as primary point of escalation for client stakeholders throughout programme execution 

• Maintain delivery transparency through structured progress reporting and KPI dashboards 

Required Skills & Qualifications 

• 10+ years of programme and project management experience including ServiceNow or enterprise platform implementations 

• PMP (Project Management Professional) – required 

• PRINCE2 Practitioner – required 

• ITIL 4 Foundation – required 

• UAE-based with ability to commit to full onsite engagement throughout the programme duration 

• Proven track record managing phased delivery programmes with parallel workstreams 

• Strong experience in milestone-gated delivery, RAID management and formal change control governance 

• Demonstrable stakeholder management capability at C-suite and executive sponsor level 

• Experience managing onshore/offshore blended delivery models 

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; Arabic an advantage 

Preferred / Advantageous 

• Prior experience delivering ServiceNow implementations in the Middle East or GCC region 

• Background in managed service transition and hypercare programme management 

• Familiarity with ServiceNow delivery governance frameworks and Impact programme structures
