Quality Inspector

We are currently looking for a new Quality Inspector for our Quality Team. This role requires a highly motivated individual driven to provide top-of-the-line quality in their daily work.

Key Job Elements

• Inspection of suspect raw components incoming from the supplier
• Inspection of suspect WIP and/or FGs, due to either vendor or internal quality concern
• Detailed record keeping of hours spent on vendor sorts to aid in recovery
• Release and/or retention of production within the Quality Inspection area.
• Cross-functional communication with various teams
• Other tasks as required

Requirements

• Must be considered an A player
• High school diploma or General Education Degree (GED) required
• Experience as a QA Technician or assembly operator may be substituted for education requirement
• Be able to read, write and speak English fluently
• Knowledge of basic statistics fundamentals
• Proficient use of MS Office (i.e. Word, Excel, etc.)
• Good organizational skills
• Ability to follow-up issues/concerns through closure
• Ability to lead basic team effort
