Senior Cloud Infrastructure Engineer

To support a growing healthcare technology company, the remote Senior Cloud Infrastructure Engineer will build, enhance, and support a modern AWS environment, focusing on infrastructure reliability, security, scalability, and performance while collaborating with software engineering teams on deployment processes. Key responsibilities Design and implement production cloud environments on AWS, ensuring adherence to architecture best practices Diagnose complex cloud and networking issues, improving existing environments and supporting multiple technical initiatives Implement cloud security controls and infrastructure security tooling while enhancing CI/CD processes in partnership with engineering teams Required qualifications 10+ years of experience in infrastructure, systems, or cloud environments 3+ years of hands-on experience with AWS, including designing and implementing production cloud environments Strong understanding of AWS architecture best practices and Well-Architected principles Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code using Terraform and CloudFormation Proficient in AWS networking technologies, including VPC, Route 53, and ELB
