Litigation Attorney

Our client is hiring a full-time Litigation Attorney to handle high-value personal injury cases, ranging from six-figure claims to multi-million-dollar matters. The firm is looking for a motivated attorney with strong litigation experience who can independently manage complex caseloads and represent clients throughout the litigation process. Key Qualifications Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school Active California Bar license in good standing Minimum of 2 years of experience in personal injury or general liability litigation Strong legal writing, research, and analytical abilities Excellent communication and case management skills Compassionate and client-focused approach Spanish language skills are a plus Main Responsibilities Draft legal documents including motions, briefs, discovery, and settlement materials Conduct and defend depositions involving clients, witnesses, and experts Communicate with clients and opposing counsel Develop litigation and settlement strategies Prepare cases for mediation, settlement conferences, and trial File court pleadings and represent clients during court proceedings Compensation & Benefits Salary range: $150,000–$200,000 annually Performance-based bonus opportunities Benefits include: 401(k) Health and dental insurance Paid time off Work Schedule Full-time position Standard 8-hour workday The firm offers a supportive environment with competitive compensation and long-term growth opportunities for attorneys passionate about litigation. #J-18808-Ljbffr The Los Angeles County Bar Association - LACBA
